Content and learning objectives

Through specialized exercises in dissociation, isolations, and fluidity work, you will learn to coordinate the torso, shoulders, arms, and footwork into an integrated and completely natural movement.

During the lessons, you will practice the salsa basic and son basic with real and conscious intention. Additionally, you will add body waves and rotations, ultimately ensuring that every part of your body speaks the same language and moves in perfect harmony.

The teaching methodology

The focus does not rely on passive imitation, but on a deep understanding of the action. The structured proprietary method is based on an essential premise: once the mind precisely comprehends the mechanics of movement, the body executes it naturally and organically.
