Content and learning objectives
In this program, work will be done meticulously on posture, the core, the footwork placement, and the movement of the arms starting right from the basic step. Through this breakdown, an individual dictionary of styling variations will be built, learning to integrate them fluidly into turns and combinations. The goal is not the memorization of a choreography, but a deep understanding of body dissociation to develop the ability to improvise and add styling naturally over any song.
The pedagogical approach does not rely on passive imitation, but on a comprehensive understanding of the action. This proprietary method is based on a clear premise: once the mind precisely comprehends the mechanics of movement, the body executes it naturally and organically. Therefore, a rigorous breakdown of each technical element is performed to its lowest level to consolidate a real technique, strictly grounded in muscle awareness and moving completely away from blind repetition.
This program is structured to be optimally completed within a period of 1 month of constant dedication and regular rehearsal.
